Joe was born and raised in Richmond. His fascination with electrical systems began at an early age, leading him to work with a master electrician while still in high school. He quickly mastered the trade and rose to maintenance supervisor positions at two major commercial factories in the Richmond area. After 12 years of supervisor experience, coupled with residential client work, and with his master electrician card in hand Joe decided to follow his own aspiration and opened Powers Up electrical and plumbing service.

Joe and the Powers Up team's focus is centered on the customer. Our company's mission is "how can we help." Whether commercial or residential, Joe's team is known for their transparency, dependability, and willingness to help any client achieve their goals quickly and at a fair price. Whether assisting with an emergency call or achieving a customer's vision for their dream home, Joe and the Powers Up team are there to help. Joe is an active volunteer in the community and resides in Maidens with his wife, stepdaughter, and their beloved dog.
